Good Afternoon, All ~
I wanted to know if you guys can give me a suggestion on what workout I should do tonight. I did "Kick, Punch, & Crunch," last night, while I have DOMS in my legs & my back.
Should I do a Whole Body Workout or just, Upper Body tonight?
I have been following a Jari/Cathe rotation for the past few weeks. Get Ripped was scheduled for tonight.
I also really love the Slow & Heavy & Pryamid Series...Has anyone had great results doing these, mixed with cardio on the off days?
I would consider myself to be a "Ecto." Looking for a series that will provide me with as much definition as possible.
What have your results been using Jari's DVD's?
