Help with making an exercise plan

Hi...new here....I am not overweight but I really want to focus on toning my butt and getting rid of some cellulite... I'm confused as to how to plan a fitness program that includes enough cardio, which I would like to do at least 5 days a week using Cathe videos, but also some weight work that focuses on lower body...has anybody had a fitnes plan that helped them lose fat on the lower body and sculpt and tone that they could share?

Mattea is right. I personally would go for Cathe's August '04 rotation if you're looking to firm and tone your backside. I did this rotation a while back and got great results.
