Help me figure this out!

I need to figure out how many calories I should be eating, and what better place for some advice than here! I work out 6 days a week, typically 4 four weight workouts (right now the GS series and one additonal leg workout) and two cardio workouts (kickboxing) + abs.

I am 36 years old, small bone/frame, 105 pounds and 5'4". I am tryiing to gain some muscle weight. I would like to slim my butt and thighs a bit more, but not lean out anymore in my stomach or upper body.

How many calories should I eat daily? What should my pie chart look like- % carbs, % protein, % fats??? I'm eating about 170 grams of protein daily. I think that's too much, even though I've tried to cut it way back from before (not eating those protein bars and drinking the protein shakes), but I still think I'm not doing something right.
