Ok do I want a kettlebell and a dvd I read through previous posts and since this is new I will get either a 15lb or 20 lb.

I do not have a bosou yet and I have read the modifications you guys offer and I like those too

I do not have any workouts from Amy Bento. I want Tracey Staehles Walking Strong for the treadmill

I need the gliders for my carpet for STS I was going to get the Valslides from Target will those work instead of getting Mindy Mylrea's do they sell hers in any store?

What do I do?

Beth - before I can answer - what are your goals?

Of course, I'm going to tell you to go for the 15 pound kettlebell and a DVD (I *heart* my kettlebells), but that might not be the right option for you. And I will admit that 1 bell will be enough to whet your appetite, and you'll need more kettlebells and more DVD's so that could be a long slippery slope - and those things are not cheap.

So, to help you right, what do you really want to accomplish?
 
My first response would be to get everything! }(

I would go with the kettlebells because I love them too and they are so dynamic that you can use them for both strength and cardio workouts. However, it is really what you feel is best for you and what you want to accomplish in your workouts.
 
Actually I do not have any real goals to accomplish just to add to my collection (ever so growing)

I like how the bosou has been incorporated into the workouts to get a different kind of workout but if it is not really necessary because I can change my step height I will not bother getting it right now.

Kettlebells I do not have one yet but I am loving what I have seen and read here in the posts.

I love having workout help for my treadmill I just purchased 5 cardio coaches I have 1 I-fit that came with my treadmill and 2 treadmoves I actually just did my first ever 50 minute steady state run I warmed up with a fast walk for 5 minutes then did my 50 min run then cool down for 5 minutes you do not even know what an accomplishment that was I thought how boring is this going to be so I watched a movie and it got me through the run. Anyhow, thats why I suggested the Walking Strong another one for the treadmill but I do have enough to keep me occupied so it looks like I might just shoot for the kettelbell.

I have read alot about Amy Bento what is her style really like is she tough like Cathe is she professional how is her voice and personality?
