I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me put together a rotation of all cardio with Cathe I also have the P90x. I have a treadmill and I would like to go try spinning and get that in one day a week.
My goal here is to lose 15 lbs then build the muscle.
Anyone take a stab at it I don't even know where to start. I really appreciate it.
