I dont know what it is but for the last week I have really not been eating as clean as I should and today I just all out pigged out. I've been doing the Jan. rotation to the letter though, I might have been more stressed out about my MRI then I thought. But anyhoo does anyone know what I can do in the next few days just to feel less bloated and to get back on track? thanks girls would really appreciate any help. LORI
