HELP!! feeling crappy

I dont know what it is but for the last week I have really not been eating as clean as I should and today I just all out pigged out. I've been doing the Jan. rotation to the letter though, I might have been more stressed out about my MRI then I thought. But anyhoo does anyone know what I can do in the next few days just to feel less bloated and to get back on track? thanks girls would really appreciate any help. LORI
 
hey lori can't realy help b/c i have been pigging out for the past week myself. i think b/c my TOM is next week and i have been stressed over a few things. so we are in the same boat almost. lets just keep getting on the exercise wagon and trying our best to get some good eating,clean of course. i did enjoy some baby carrots as a snack my issue is that i followed that up with a klondike bar. i enjoy some fruit and chicken salad but i followed that with a hershey's bar :(. so i have been eating clean but adding some not so clean things to eat.

Hey Lori -

Just wanted to "feel crappy" w/you. I've been up sick all night from eating pizza - a lot of it! I don't normally eat that way & apparently for an unknown reason I felt I should try to out eat my DSs tonight!x(

Let's just learn from our mistakes, eat clean (no one is perfect though) & keep working out.
 
Just wanted to join in and let you know you're not alone. I'm working the early shift (5am) and my eating patterns are all over the place. When I get home from work, I start snacking and I can't seem to stop. I've not worked out in a couple of days either. That just makes me fel even worse. I'm putting myself on an eating scehdule today. I have a tendency not to want food so early in the morning and that may be part of the reason I'm overeating later. Get back on track and you'll be feeling better before you know it.
