Previously, I posted a question on Cathe's Cardio Step. It really sounds like a great product for me to branch out into Step cardio workouts.
I also have STS Strength. Really excited to start on the program soon.
We have a regular weight bench that cannot be adjusted to the incline position. In STS, I notice that Cathe uses slanted risers on the Step. But in some of Cathe's earlier workout dvd's, there're no slanted risers used for chest workouts. It seems that the Step does not wobble too much and holds her weight. Since I just plunked dowan a bunch of $$$, I am gonna have to wait to get those slanted risers later.
My questions are:
