Having Trouble with On Demand - Certain Programs will Not Play/Load at At All

I am So frustrated. Got Amazon Fire Tablet and loaded ( and subscribed) to On Demand. I I have been back and forth with Tech support several times. Certain programs such as All the Stretch programs( and some others) say No Premix and I click on the program Itself-- Like Stretch 9 minutes- and nothing happens. I have reloaded the Cathe On Demand App, and still doesn't work. Tech told me that they work on His, but they do Not on mine. Anyone else had this issue and if so how was it resolved???

That's because only the main workouts have premixes. You're selecting a bonus workout and trying to play a premix. This will not work since bonus workouts don't have premixes, hence the reason you see the "no premix error message.
