Melt it off G Ball fitness.. does any one has this dvd's? I wanted to try, but first I would like to know if any body have any suggestion...oh have tried this one before thanks...

I don't have it but I had looked at it and have done some searching on it. Don't buy it from the websites that have the vitamins because you will get sucked into a 30 day ship scam.
