Hello! http://www.pic4ever.com/images/7076.gif
I woke up with a strange crook in my right wrist (no, I didn't call the police, BAHA! Get it? A crook! In my wrist!). http://www.pic4ever.com/images/no.gif
Thankfully today was a leg day. http://www.mysmiley.net/imgs/smile/indifferent/indifferent0003.gif
So I did my 10 minutes of cardio and followed it with the KM leg conditioning drills, followed that with my smoothie and...
...and no, I did not copy paste that sentence from the day before. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/angry051.gif
Anyway, changing topics, I ordered a huge amount of cat food from the States! It shipped out yesterday, so it should be here in a week or so. I can't wait to try out the new stuff! I'm particularly interested in a canned brand called Weruva which seems to be popular. Lately when I put everyone's food down, they look at me like, "Urgh. Isn't there something better? Anything?" http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/sleep019.gif
JENNIFER - Wow, three alarms and you didn't get up? What kind of alarms are they? I have a friend who absolutely can't wake up to an alarm unless it's that old-fashioned cartoon kind - metal with two bells on the top with a ringer that hits the bells successively and noisily. Apparently he once took in on a weekend gig (he's a DJ) and the airline stopped him and questioned him about it for a long time LOL.
Oh yeah, I remember you mentioning about handing out candy to kids. How fun.
>Sevulle is fussing right now but happier on my lap. Madrid is on the entertainment center in the living room on the other side of the house.
LOL.
Yoyo - Is eating his Orijen dry food with freeze-dried chicken flakes.
Lulu - Is sleeping my work chair in the other room.
Chami - Is sleeping on the giant box - yes, I STILL have that giant box from way back when I got my new dining chairs.
Mooch - Is hanging out on the floor near the threshold of the door where he and his sister destroyed the carpet LOL.
ROBIN - Thank you for such kind words!
>My cats don't have much of a morning routine, since I get up at 4:45. They stomp around and meow on my days off, when I sleep in, though.
Eegads, what time do you get to sleep? And LOL about the kitties stomping around.
Enjoy your 4 days off and enjoy your yummy, crappy foods! Fairs are such great places to find that kind of stuff!

>I agree with Robin - I can tell by your posts that you're a very creative person.
Aw, thanks. That's very kind of you to say.
>Have you cut any albums? I'd love to see.
Oh yes, yes, "AUGUST'S GREATEST HITS" and "AUGUST FUNKY ALL YEAR ROUND". Big, big hits!
I'd love to release something like Alvin & The Chipmunks, but it would be August & The Squirrels. Of course, I'd put all my original hit songs on, like "This Is Your Tum-Tum, This Is Your Bum-Bum", "Chammie-Bone & Moochi-Pie", "So Silly! So Silly!", and the smash hit, "I'm So Glad You Had A Nice Poo".

>capped off by a dentist appointment.
LMAO! "Capped off"..........at least your errands aren't "bridged" by a dentist appointment! Or worse yet, "drilled." Baha!
MICHELE - So how did your dinner go? I'll bet he was so grateful to be taken out for the celebration. Does he start school from September?
>I want you to write a book with all of your little characters that we have come to know and love...or at least a song about the hater's -- LMAO!!!
Tee hee! I'm hanging out with you all before each time I go into my room to write, after all, how can you guys not be a big influence on me? You guys better watch what you say!
>If my Johnny didn't wake us up on cue I'd consider it a veterinary emergency -- lol!
LOL!
Hey, may I ask when is the angiogram? I want to be sending extra warm vibes around that time.
DANA - You know, would you believe that I actually found Rainbeau Mars online in Japan? Translated?! It was quite the shocker. I gave it out as gifts to a bunch of Japanese friends of mine (and I got myself the series and do them in English). I'm surprised Collage doesn't have them since they're pretty popular. Did you try her homepage?
Okay. I think it's time for.....Nap 2. http://bestsmileys.com/blushing/7.gif
Then it's some work, then dinner with Mom, my brother and his wife and their puppy. Puppy puppy puppy....
Laters! :*
