Good monster! http://www.pic4ever.com/images/SEVeyesC08_th.gif

I just had a good nappy. http://www.pic4ever.com/images/laugh.gif

I finished up a premix from KPC and had my loverly smoothie, did the nap and now I'm.....well, I don't feel like working. I'm thinking I'll do some work tonight after dinner instead. http://www.pic4ever.com/images/4chsmu1.gif

JENNIFER -

>Yes, we are on a countdown-so everyone should take next week off.

LOL! Yes, we need to listen to Jennifer on this one! I'll start right now!

>naps are good, I usually have them on the weekends. I would at work but I would get fired.

Bahaaha!

DANA - Dang anxiety can trip you up, can't it? Though I would feel better if you went to get things checked up. Tingling and numbness in your arms and hands worries me.

Walking is supposed to be excellent for stress. And I know you do walk a lot.

MICHELE -

>I'm so PO'd but there isn't enough time to order new ones so I'm stuck. At least the text is okay -- they're just ugly.

How on earth did the shop make the mistake? Well, thank goodness the text is all right, but really, how upsetting, after all the work you put into them.

In October 06, my staff and I got to work early on making some flyers for an event happening in February. We got draft after draft by email, and we all meticulously checked each for spelling and for design, time and time again.

Finally, in December, they were printed up and ready to go. I went for a meeting and they had been delivered. The moment I took one in my hand, I gasped. There were no mistakes except for one : the date said FEB 06!! All 10,000 flyers were ONE YEAR OFF. LMAO!

People still came. I'm sure people will come to the party regardless of if they think you have poor taste in card design LOL! Not to mention they'll have chocolates at their seats.

>I'm not sure if I've ever done MIS. It's on the same DVD with Power Hour and that's the one I like to do. Is MIS good?

You know, I can't remember. I cannot for the life of me remember what workout is what. I should take notes and write them down so I know which ones to do more often LOL.

>DH has to have an angiogram next week.

Let's just think of this as a nuisance and that is all. Do you know the details of what an angiogram consists? I will be sending calming vibes your ways. Did the doctor tell you what to expect?

Okay, I'm going to do some nothing now. http://www.pic4ever.com/images/5020.gif

Laters! :*

Hello Haters.

I'm up before 7am because of Seville. He insisted that I wake up so here I am. Now, he's by me on the floor so I can type to you all.

Michele-what is an angiogram? I've heard of angioplasty but not sure about that either.

Hope everyone has a great day!!

Mornin' http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/mornincoffee.gif

I didn't sleep well last night and I feel really lethargic this morning. I'm having trouble perking up here.

Yesterday was supposed to be a rest day but I was so keyed up that I did the CC Pump workout at 10:30 last night  (by my standards, I guess that's still early :p ). I like that workout a lot. Oh man o mighty that first set of reps is fast! Pump has 5 circuits with 2 exercises in each. He starts out with a fast set of twenty reps for each exercise (except abs which has 30 reps), followed by a slow set of 10 reps. His fast sets are...FAST -- OMG -- but it's a fun workout!! http://bestsmileys.com/hot/1.gif

Today will be cardio on Eli -- CC of course, but I haven't decided which one.

My invitations aren't done yet. I hope to finish them today. I know that in the grand scheme of things it really doesn't matter that I didn't get what I ordered, and no one will know, but I spent a lot of time picking them out, and though it's only money -- they were pretty expensive. :-(

For those who asked, an angiogram is an x-ray test where they inject a dye, by way of a catheter inserted through an artery or vein in the groin or arm. The dye illuminates your blood vessels and heart and will show any blockages or abnormalities.

AUGIE --

Finally, in December, they were printed up and ready to go. I went for a meeting and they had been delivered. The moment I took one in my hand, I gasped. There were no mistakes except for one : the date said FEB 06!! All 10,000 flyers were ONE YEAR OFF. LMAO!

LMAO!! One of DH's colleagues proof reads all of his articles and text book chapters going from the last page forward. He said he can't find the mistakes otherwise. DH tried that but found it too taxing -- LMAO!

Okay, I'm going to do some nothing now.http://www.pic4ever.com/images/5020.gif

That sounds heavenly. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/sleep027.gif

JENNIFER -- An Angioplasty is a procedure where they insert a balloon to open up a blocked artery.

My Johnny is very insistent that we get up at the same time every morning -- lol!!

DANA -- Yes, that does sound like you're having anxiety attacks. You can definitely go numb in your extremities, but if that persists you really should see your doctor. To have that kind of prolonged anxiety isn't good for you. {{{{{DANA}}}}} You have too much on your plate. ;) :*

Hello to everyone else!

I need to pry my arse out of this chair and get started on my day. :*

Hey haters.

August - That is too funny about the flyers. I hope that they didn't charge for their mistake though.

Michele - you did your workout at 10:30 pm? I'm in bed by that time. LOL. If I don't start my workout by 7:30, I don't do one. Oh who am I kidding, I couldn't tell you the last time I had a chance to workout. The shower you're hosting sounds lovely. Did you mention what foods you were having or did I miss that? I did read about your chocolates for each person and I think that is a great idea!

Jennifer - so what are you going to do on your vacation? The news station that I watch has quite a lively crew and the one guy is off for the week for vacation, although he isn't going anywhere - just staying at home. So every morning this week when they announce he is off they say, "And Tom is on his stay-cation."

Shannon, Robin, Jen, Diane and anyone else that I may have missed, what are you all up to?

So what would you guys recommend as a good yoga DVD? I've never done yoga but I don't want to get something that is too beginner. I was looking at collage and there were 2 Rodney Yee's that I thought maybe looked good. The first one was a.m. & p.m. yoga for beginners BUT he is wearing a speedo and I don't think I can focus. I don't think he is an attractive man by any means, but sheesh, how are you supposed to relax when his package is just right there for all to see????? Although it is set on the beach, which would be relaxing. So then I watched the clip from his Core Yoga (or something to the effect) and that won looked ok. It is an intermediate DVD. Then I checked out Brian Kest's but I wasnt' too keen on him and his DVD's were filmed indoors. What do you all think?

I haven't been able to focus at all today. I don't feel like being here and really, really, don't feel like working. At nap would be PERFECT!!!!!!

OK, I guess I better get back to work. I'll swing by later to see if anyone is around.

Hi, Haters... long time, no see, huh? :+

Augie - do you mind if I ask what you do for a living? Do I remember seeing somewhere that you write? I'm just curious. I wish I could work at home like you do!

Jennifer - I envy you your upcoming vacation!

Cuz - you know I'm thinking of you and DH. I wish I could do more!

Dana - Oh man. That sounds like some pretty severe anxiety you're having. I sure hope you find a way to get rid of it! One thing: neck and shoulder tension all by itself can cause tingling in your hands, depending on what's going on, because the muscle tension can actually compress a nerve. I tried Brian Kest's Power Yoga and really liked it - except that he spent so much time with weight on our hands that I ended up getting tendonitis in my wrist! I've never tried Rodney Yee. I expect Michele would advice you to try Classical Stretch, though. It really does give you a good stretch!

Okay. I gotta go. I have a meeting in 4 minutes.

Hiya Cuz and Dana!

Yeah, I would definitely recommend Classical Stretch over yoga ;) . I really don't know anything about yoga. I do have the Rodney Yee AM and PM DVD's -- I tried each workout once and I've never done them again. I think Augie would be better able to advise you on yoga. Mostly it just makes me giggle. :p

You also might try posting a question on the OD forum. Vrinda (Vee) is from India and she knows tons about yoga. I'm sure she'd be able to steer you in the right direction.

I haven't picked out the menu for the shower yet -- I'm waiting for the restaurant to send me the choices.

Cuz -- thank you for the nice email. I answer later on. I've had a lot to do today and haven't had much time to computerize. :p :7

Hello Haters.

One more day and a bonus to go with it-because I volunteered at a parade.

GOD is GOOD!!!
