Has anyone tried the nutrition tracker?

If you have, what do you think of it? I watched the preview and it looked outstanding. I was just wondering if reality is as good as the demo!

Thanks.

Loved It

I did do it for one month and it was so helpful! I was trying to make sure that I ate between 1500-1600 calories per day and it was such a huge help. Obviously the only issue is that you have to log on and actually do it. One thing I did was to plan my day the night before put it all in and then just eat from the plan. This way I was sure to get everything I needed (vitamins, calories, protein, carbs)....I wouldn't do it long term, but I would definetly do it to put myself on track....I'm a big "you bite it you write it" kind of gal....thats how I lost 25lbs 6 years ago, so the log thing is that only 100x better....it just gives you such a complete picture as to what your eating.
I'd say try it for a month and see what you think.

Shani...I love the nutrition program. I am currently on the 3 month program and plan on renewing for a year. One of the best things is I have quit taking most of the vitamins I took daily. I have found that I can get the RDA of vitamins & minerals by the food I eat. WOW, I sure can save money that way! I only take a Calcium/magnesium supplement now and I used to take a multi, vita C, vita E, fish oil, and a few others, but not now. I am learning much more about the vitamins and minerals in so many foods. I have also lost 13 lbs since I started the nutrition program...:D

Yeah, I'm noticing I'm way over on my calcium right now (as well as sodium - uh oh). I am struggling on a few things. It will take a lot of investment in getting the foods I normally eat entered, but I'm sure it will be worth it. Thanks for the input!:)
