Has anyone done the beginners rotation?

I just bought the starter pkg and can't wait!! Has anyone done the beginners 90 day rotation? What were your results?

I did, months ago. I didn't lose any weight or inches, but built a pretty decent strength and endurance foundation for Cathe's tougher cardio and weight routines.

My first Cathe all-weight workout after the beginner rotation was Power Hour and it really kicked my behind. But it would have been unbearable if not downright impossible if not for the BR.

I started the beginner's rotation but did not see it through for 90 days. Basic step and low impact step were awesome for helping me learn the step moves. I also found I was not really a beginner in the weight department. I ended up mixing things up a bit, adding other cardio as I advanced beyond the step workouts and using other weight workouts I found more challenging, until I really wasn't following the rotation at all. I have found since then that a general framework of a rotation (step cardio/upper body one day, kickbox cardio/lower body, longer cardio/abs, etc.) works better for me because I have enough Cathe videos and others that I can pick one I'm in the mood for that day that fits the bill.

This is not really an opinion of the actual rotation, just that it wasn't right for me for a number of reasons. You have to find something that is good for you and work it!
