I finished my workout. Decided to start with Amy's Kettlebell Dynamics and then treadmill, but once I got going I just did all of Kettlebell Dynamics. Workout was 80 minutes and I burned 600 calories. Max HR was 164 and 35% fat. I have to get showered and head out to take my granddaughter and her friend to their soccer game. My dd came down with the flu last night and had to stay holed up in her bedroom
Boy do I not want that flu. Taking my had sanitizer with me.
