Morning Maniacs -

This morning I did Hip Hop Abs 2nd series Cardio followed by Fitness DVD Basic Cardio. Workout was 75" and I burned 820 calories. My HR stayed up there most of Hip Hop Abs 150-160.

I also did AM Yoga with Rodney Yee - Twisting segment and a Classical Stretch.

Have great rest days or workouts everyone.
