Hello, all. I didn't check-in yesterday. I didn't sleep at all Monday night, and had a horrible headache pretty much all day Tuesday. Yesterday was just cardio; didn't have the strength to do weights. I did CTX's 10-10-10 cardio followed by CTX Kickbox (cardio), then CTX Kickbox abs and stretch.
Last night I still didn't sleep much at all. This morning I did Body Max (the original). The chest section was tougher than I remembered!
Diane Sue - See, I'd be done if I were you. I can't believe you're also going to do yoga and running. You go, girl.
Dallys - I think it's the 30# db that make you sore. I can do B&G with no soreness either, yet when I do Muscle Max's lower body premix, which is only 15 min long (going fairly heavy), I'm sore the next day.
Lora- Do you run? I don't. But I know I should (or at least do some form of cross training).
Char- Wow! I can't imagine using those weight loads for legs. Very impressive!!!
Debbie- I'm sure you've been asked this before, but what are Zottman curls.
Lisa- Have a great workout. Perhaps you could do MIS or Muscle Max since they have more upper than lower body work.
Randi- My low back always hurts during PH's squats!! Always! But I really enjoy Power Hour. Sometimes, I substitute ME's squat segment, but usually I just do PH's 'cause I'm lazy. Have fun.
