I just noticed a sample size imp of Formula 54 on ebay..going for $42!!!!! That is insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been wanting just a imp of Snake Charmer..that always goes up so high that I don't even bother. Someone teased me and sent me Snowblind (empty, but enough to smell). That one smells like buttermints. Gosh! So good.
 
Here's my workout from yesterday and today :)

11/12/07:
Chest Press: 15x65, 15x70, 12x75
+10 on this one. It's funny ... last week I was struggling on getting all 3 sets @ 65lbs, and yesterday I crushed it.

Incline DB Press: 15x15, 2x12x15
Stable from last week

Cable Fly: 3x12x25
Stable from last week

Assisted Chins: 3x12x120
Stable from last week. I could feel this part of my back getting stronger, though

Cable Row: 3x15x60
Stable from last week

Low Back Extension: 3x15x200
Stable from last week

Cardio: 30 minutes on the treadmill, Random Hills Incline levels 0-7. 3.6 mph
I felt a good pump from this

11/13/07:
Leg Press: 15x140, 15x150, 2x15x160
Stable from last week

Leg Extension: 15x85, 15x90, 12x95
Gained 10 this week!

Laydown Leg Curl: 15x60, 2x12x60
Stable from last week. This one is still really tough - I had to squeeze the last reps out on the third set!

Standing Calf Raise: 3x15x130
Stable from last week

No cardio today.
