Just checking in on everyone to see what is going on. Nothing here. I went to the store and bought some Crocs so I can wade through the water created by all of this rain. Camping ought to be fun next week.

Suz, I don't know if I told you, but I keep looking at your new pics and you look great. Keep up the good work.

Debbie, I do not know what to think of the blood vessel. Maybe you really should get it checked out. I do not run to the dr for every little thing, but if it is something extraordinary you should have it checked.

Sandy, you are doing great. Keep up the hard:) Glad to have you back.

Charlotte, my guess is Suz has such long bike rides that she burns off all of her bodyfat. Now if you can figure out how to burn off the fat and keep up with the upper body weights, it would probably be a goal. We are all different though so what works for one may not work so well for another. I run to much and I can't keep my size one pants up! Very annoying as I really do like running on the treadmill.

Debbie - Like Diane Sue said I think it depends on your insurance plan as to whether or not you'd have to be referred. DH asked if you're wearing good padded gloves and straps? He said straps will take the pressure off of your hands which could be what's causing the breakage. You probably know all this. I obviously don't lift heavy enough to need this.

As for no cellulite on the back of my legs - well I do have a little bit left but losing the weight got rid of most of it. Unfortch for me I have more on the front of my legs than the back. WTH is up with that??? I HATE it! But DH keeps saying I look great and it's more in my head. But I have mirrors! :)

Charlotte - I actually have not been lifting legs much AT ALL. I lift once a week IF THAT during cycling season. I'll tell you what I think got my hammies and butt to look like that is Cardio Coach on the elliptical. Those workouts KICK MY BUTT and I can feel it when I'm on there. Those hill climbs are killer. And I was doing them a lot during my 10 week plan, #4, #5 and #6. And as I've mentioned they made me a much better climber on the bike. I think if you start doing 40 mile bike rides you'll lose too much weight. I lose weight every summer whether I want to or not without changing my diet. I wouldn't be surprised if by the end of the summer I drop a few more pounds without trying (but I'll get them back by December which is okay). You don't have enough fat on your body to compromise.
