Morning Maniacs -

I did not want to get out of bed again. These long hours on my feet are taking a toll on me...I think. I did Tracey Mallet's Get Your Body Back followed by Leslie The Big Burn Walk. Had a hard time getting my HR up again. Max HR was only 150 and I burned 577 calories in 65". I wish I had time to stretch more.

Work FINALLY got busy the last 2 days. I was there all by myself from 9 to 6 and I kicked butt. I'm upset though cuz my manager said Corporate's making them send 3 overflow people over from other counters to help out.....and that means I can't get my numbers up enough! This place makes no sense. My personal goal for yesterday, to get out of the hole for the week, was 9 thousand and I didn't even make that....but they are planning on sending someone to help me so my numbers will be lower........I just don't understand this place! Their goals aren't even realistic, as I rang over $5 thousand yesterday and I was very busy. I don't think it's humanly possible to ring double that in a 10 hour day! and you ladies know that I'm a very driven person........and certainly not a slacker. Oh well, such is the world of retail. I'm still looking for a secretarial job....but y'all know how the job market is now.

This morning I did Kettlebell Goddess Legs and Butt workout then I did treadmill hill walking with incline moving up to 12 for 44 minutes. I finished off with the Kettlebell Goddess stretch and Kelly Coffey's 30 minutes to fitness Bootcamp bonust stretch 18 minutes. Total calories burned was 869, workout time was 1 hr 52 minutes, during cardio and weights Max Hr wa 171 and avg was 137. I decided not to do the Metabolic workout too since day after tomorrow I will be hitting lower body all over again. Would have been better to have the rest day and upper in between. Besides I am getting so much jumping and lower body in the Insanities that I am doing.

Lora, it sounds like your work really is not good with the emplyoees. It sounds like they set them up to fail. Not a good workout environment if you ask me. Glad you got decent sales last night. I have been going through times lately where it seems no matter how hard I try to get my HR up I can't. Guess it is out fitness level or something. Funny today was good on the HR but I think it was because I wasn't feeling that well so I doubt that that was a good thing.
