Workout today was Kelly Coffey's Ready Step Go, then Power Half Hour Ab Burner, I then did Tracey Staehle's Sweatfest sculpt abs using a 10# dumbbell, finished with Yoga Shatki standing pose flow 1, lunge, inversions, and supine poses(33min). I then went to Michael's craft store and bought pink yarn and a pattern so I can crochet a baby sweater, hat and booties with butterflys on them
Debbie, great workout. Do you cycle your calories? I just have mine go up and down depending on how busy I am.
Dallys, I was looking at chai tea in the store that you brew thinking of trying it with the soymilk splenda and protein powder. I was thinking if it was brewed strong enough the spice would come out with the other things. I am always experimenting. LOL
