Dallas - Impingement of what? a nerve? That is a vague term. Impingement is just a medical term that means something is smashed into....i.e. impingement of the spinal cord and or nerves by the disc. I think that "syndrome" is what they label things they don't know how to diagnosis....i.e., piriformis syndrome for a spasmed piriformis, etc. They...meaning doctors. Ya'll know how much I like doctors.
By the way, just underwent thorough allergy testing and even under the skin testing......my arms look disgusting all blue and red with needle marks everywhere. I have ZERO allergies. This doctor did say that if I continue to have problems, he'd recommend a 2nd opinion in Cleveland with a Laser surgeon for the sinus surgery (newer technique). He said as soon as the prednisone wears off, i'm going to get real sick again.
