I did not see a post this morning so hope I did not miss something.
This morning I did Chalene Extreme Intervals 41 min, 300 calories, max hr 165. I used my bosu ballast ball for the stability ball. This was tough for a couple of the segments. It had 3 min cardio segments with some weight segments. Nice workout. I went a little heavier than Chalene using 8# and 12.5#. This was endurance on the weight segments. I then started a couple of minutes of Ab Ripper Extended then family came in. I ended up talking and realized this is over 40 minutes so switched to Chalene I've got abs so spent 20 minutes total(Chalene's is 16 min) and calories burned was 101. Total time was 61 min and calories burned was 401.
