Today is my rest day. Taking dh to the airport in a little while. I am really going to have to work on what I want to do this next week. Lots of joint issues. Don't know if cold or what is bothering me.

Looks like we're the only ones around again today. I did 2 Wk Turnaround Cardio with Chris Freytag w/ 3 pound wts and then the Med Ball Premix from Tracie Long's Back Up (love this section). Workout was 60" and I burned 625 calories. Also did some Benagh yoga and the Forward Bending/Twist segment from Shiva's Fluid Power.

Diane Sue - It's been 10-14 degrees here with windchills at 0 and subzero and my pain was already flaring prior to this, but now I'm horrible! I've got some severe pain going on in my shoulders, neck and side. I soaked in the tub today. Hope I can adjust, as it's supposed to stay pretty cold here.

Trying to decide what I want to do for workouts next week. Debating a TLT/Tracie Long/Firm rotation. Maybe I'll do a week of the rotation followed by a week of whatever, since I'm not sure I'm ready to commit to a rotation. I was thinking that maybe Tracie's workouts would help some of my pain, etc.
 
Tomorrow I am going to start Cathe's rotation. It is a deep freeze here in St. Louis, MO I hate to even think about getting out to go to work tomorrow BRRRR
