This morning I did Les Mills Pump Combat 44 min, 355 calories, HR 128-156. I then did Amy Bento's Hi Lo Knockout premix knockouts with the abs 43 min, 328 calories, hr 126-157. I have always found that one to be a fun cardio and I like the abs segment. I used 10# dumbbells for the abs. Total time was 87 min and calories burned 683.
