Hardcore check in August 16,2009 Sunday

Today is a rest day. We are gathering some things together for a woman and her daughter that just got their first home. They have nothing and have been living in a motel with her paying day to day. It is hard to imagine starting with absolutely nothing. They don't ask for anything. DH has been working a part time job where he met the woman. There are a lot of people that live that way. I am hoping for the best for them. I printed up the next couple of weeks of worksheets for STS so am ready to start tomorrow.

Hello! last night's workout was Push Pull lower body 2X premix. I haven't worked out yet today and I'm not sure what I'll do. I think we're going out this evening so I won't be able to do my usual night workout. I just put a honey cake in the oven; hope it's yummy!

Diane, I hope things work out well for this lady and her daughter. Is she a younger woman? It is good that you and your husband can help them as they must not have family around, to be living in a hotel.
