Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Tues Feb 21

Morning, :D

I know I’ve been MIA :( What can I say:rolleyes: No workout in 5 days, sad I partied all weekend lol...crazy. Saturday night (until Sunday), a few of us decided to drive to the Erie Casino, much fun I did not win but a few times; only to give it back, it was something to do.

When we returned Sunday back over my friend house which ended up in a card party, food and more drinks :)


Monday, finally decided to give myself a Henna and that took hours I usually leave henna in hair for 5/6 hours. I swear today I'am TIRED, when I get home from work going straight to bed. I’ll check back tomorrow:cool:
 
This morning I did URX-MT Amy Bento Bootcamp 52 min, 444 calories, HR 135 avg-166 max.. I then did Jillian's 6 week 6 pack level 2 workout( I got this back from dd the other day and have probably done it once) I feel it is an awful lot of cardio. 33 minutes, 270 calories, HR 131 avg 156 max. I used a 5 # dumbbell. Total time was 85 minutes and calories burned was 714.

Teddy, it will probably take a day to get over all of the fun that you had on the weekend:) Get some rest and drink lots of water and eat lots of veggies and nutritious things. You will feel much better.

Roselyn, back to work is probably not so fun after enjoying freedom to have your own schedule:) Breakfast sounds like a good start. My post workout meal was leftover Hungry Girl Chunky Chicken Soup. I am really working on diet. I have lost .5 lb bodyfat in a week and a half. I don't expect it to just fly off and this makes me happy :D
 
Anyone know where Debbie is?? I know she had a Dr appointment set up. It is not like her to not be around.
