Hard Core Fitness Maniacs for Sat Sept 3

I did Drill Mix Cardio Blast (63 minutes) and then about 20 minutes of Patrick Goudeau's rebounder, i love those workouts they are even good to add a little something at the end of a weight workout, I especially like this because the first 20 minutes or so are all cardio.

My baby girl turn 20 on Labor Day, amazing, time flies.

Sorry for no check in yesterday, to tell the truth, I could barely walk from doing GS legs on Thursday, man oh man. That evening I ended up going for a 40 minute walk to help loosen the leg muscles; it helped “big time”.

This morning, went to park, got in a 4 miles jog (((freaking YAY))) NO foot pain, guys I am back;), next week going to try a step workout.


Any who, just finishing MIS upper body, with success I added 10 more lbs. Have a wonderful day:rolleyes:.

Today I did Zero to Sixty again. I really like this. Workout was 68 min and calories burned was 526. Max hr was 155. That is all I did. It took me over an hour to prepare the Healthy slow cooker recipe I made for today. I made non dairy low sodium bread and we have salad. Cheese cake for dd and a German apple cake that is low sodium and non dairy. Didn't sleep well and soon the house will be full. The neighbors invited me for a get together this evening. I will see how I feel.

I guess I did not check in yesterday. It was cleaning and running all day and dropping into bed last night knowing I had to get up and do more cooking for dd's birthday and go pick up powdered sugar and flowers. Yesterday I did URX-MT Greg COok High Intensity Metabolic Circuit with resistance bands 49 min, 424 calories, max hr 161. I then did TRX FOrce workout week 7/8 strength 2. 38 min, 211 calories. This focused on shoulders, back and chest with some core work. I finished with Shiva Reas Power Yoga Flow backbending vinyasa 14 min, 64 calories. Total time was 1 hr 40 min and 700 calories.


Roselyn, I love the Urban Rebounder workouts too. Patrick Goudeau does seem like his are more pure cardio. The children grow up before we know it. It is hard to believe my baby is 32 today:eek: I took her children shopping and we got her flowers and a gift card for them to give to her since their Dad is not here. Had a nice dinner with them all:)

Teddy, maybe you over did it a bit if you were real sore. It sounds like you are progressing back to the workouts fast.
