Workout was Tracey Anderson Perfect Design sequence 1, 49 min, 194 calories. I then did Kettlenetics w/ Michelle Khai, Cardio Balanced, 47 min, 306 calories using a 10lb kettlebell. I really liked this one. I finished with TRX Basic Training DVD Squat series, hamstring series, plank series, crunch series, and flexibility series. I did not want to do upper. I followed all of the harder progressions except the side crunch with hand on the floor. My wrists are achey and it just was not happening after Tracy's and the kettlebell. 26 min, 129 calories. Workout was 2 hr 2 min and calories burned was 629.
Roselyn, I would have to go look because my URX-MT set came with a Greg Cook Circuit that used resistance bands. The bands(it says bands but they are dual pieces of tubing attached to a handle and hooks) came with my workouts. They have clips that clip on on the spring area. It is one of my favorites. He also uses the sand weights and there is lots of core work on it too. I saw somewhere else when researching to get the tubing with the clips. I am surprised that you don't have that one. I will have to go look.
