Today I did Tracey Staehle's Total Body Bootcamp Strength workout #2 with resistance bands. 41 minutes, 272 calories, max hr 155. I then did Tracey's Parts Strictly Upper Body skipping the w/up and stopping at the abs segement because of time. 32 min, 187 calories. Total time was 73 min and calories burned 459.
Bootcamp Strength #2 resistance bands:
4 rounds with band; Kickbacks(this was hard with the red band but did it anyway

), shoulder press with a squat, bentover row, squat/chest press, deadlift
finisher 8 rnds 10/15 body weight squat, then thrust
tabatas 20/10 sprint burpees
For strictly upper body from the parts dvd I used heavier than tracey for all moves but not that much. I did not take the time to go back and look at worksheets.
Tracking eats. Yesterdays was so, so more fat than I would have liked and less protein than I wanted.
Roselyn, I don't think I have done other Patrick Goudeau workouts unless they were on my gliding disc workouts. Nice work
