Workout today was a mix of workouts. I started with AOS Providence 50 minutes using 25 and 35 lb kettlebells for most of the workout except 20's for windmills into overhead squat, seated overhead press, and snatches. 276 calories. Then I did a download workout Real time with A.D. from AOS Building Authentic Strength 12 minutes 64 calories. I probably could have went a little heavier but went on the safe side till I got used to the workout. It went like this:
4 cycles for each exercise then rest
Get up Sit up with barbell 21# I could go heavier
lunge with bandit loops (I used the stability ball with one foot on it after trying the gliding disc. Think I could add weights)
vintage squat 25# kettlebell (I could go Heavier)
vintage swing with dumbbell 25#
1 hand wild russian with ropes( I just picked up a 20# kettlebell and did russian twists )Now I want ropes but still don't think there is room in my house to use them.
I followed this with Lower Body Blast side slide lunges and sit 'n' slides,
STS Total Body last group of trisets 16 and 12 reps using 25# dumbbells and gliding disc for side slide lunge, slide back lunge and wide stance deadlifts, then I did Lower Body floorwork. 26 min, 113 calories
I finished off with Intensity HiiT Low and Bootcamp premix skipping the w/up 30 min 196 calories, Max HR 156.
Total workout time was 1 hr 58 min and calories burned was 6
