I got a late start this morning. DH called and we talked for a little while. I did Brook Benton Kettle Body Sculpt 28 min, 115 cal. I followed with Supreme 90 Day chest, shoulders, and triceps no w/up, 40 min, 248 cal. I wanted a little cardio so I did Tracey Staehle's Cardio Kickbox Challenge 20 min mix, 22 min, 144 cal.. I finished with budokon strength and balance 32 min, 168 cal.. Total time was 2 hr 2 min and calories burned 675.
