Happy Canada Day to you too!!! Nothing but blue skies out there today...yippee!! I got a nice new hybrid Schwinn at Canadian Tire this week and will go for a good 40K ride along Lake Ontario this morning. We've got friends coming up from Belleville, I'm making Tapas and salads then we're heading downtown for festivities and concerts at Fort Henry. The head liner is Bedouin Soundclash (trippy reggae rock), David Wilcox is playing too and he's always fun (now that he's sober ). Gotta bust out the red and white for a fun day in the "true north strong and free". I LOVE BEING CANADIAN!!!!!

Shannon - we have a high of 20 degrees today (which is a bit below seasonal norms), which is around 68 F.
Laurie - your day sounds grand! I love Bedouin Soundclash (David Wilcox not so much). I'm in the midst of building a pond in my backyard. We got the big parts done yesterday and today we're working on the waterfall and the stream. We're invited to a BBQ/fireworks at my sister's, but will probably be too tired to make it. Enjoy your day!
