How are you all doing?

Thought I should start this thread. The above title pretty much summarizes the weather for MI for this weekend.

Last night was LM and CM#3, which is a great workout. Previewed all of #1 HCE and partial #2. Tonight it s/b HSC.

Seville and Madrid were more restful last night although still be watchful of any critter that might want to get into the house.

Good morning!

I'm just popping in briefly to say hello. I have a dentist appointment this morning and I need to get ready and get going.

I did Classical Stretch again last night. My hip and back are feeling better every day, thank goodness. I really credit those stretching techniques.

Jennifer -- UGH! More snow!? You should move to Ohio . It's a little cooler today than it was, but it looks like it's going to be another pretty day. I know what HSC is, but what's s/b?

Jen -- AWWWWWWWWWW -- cute kitty :+ . Wow, he doesn't belong to those people!? I wonder who he does belong too. No matter -- I think s/he belongs to YOU now . I'm glad you're feeling better :*

Jennifer - snow? Good grief. It was 70 degrees at 4:30 a.m. here, and we've got thunderstorms and tornadoes in the forecast. Want to trade?

Cuz - I sure am glad your hip and back are feeling better. Stretching really does work miracles, doesn't it? It cured my calf muscle when nothing else was working. Good luck at the dentist. What a foul place to have to go. x(

I did every single tuck jump, ski hop, straddle tap and air jack in Imax 2 yesterday. It was FUN. I can't remember the last time I was actually able to jump like that.

Okay, I'll stop now.

Hi Haters !!

It IS another nice day in Ohio. 70 degrees here in the southern part !:7 I'll take it !

Michele, I still haven't gotten the Classical Stretch dvds, (I decided to start with the newest ones and can't find them on Ebay right now), but continue to do the ones taped off TV and I love them.
They really do make a bigger diffence than any other stretching workouts I've ever done !

I'm in week 3 of not having a working washing machine!!! We bought the extended warrenty , which is still good , but the serviceman came out once and put a new part on it and declared it fixed. He left and I started a load and lo & behold, it still didn't work ! He is sure this time he knows what it is, but each time he has to order the part, which takes at least a week!
Luckily, my parents live in the neighborhood and don't mind me doing our laundry over there !
But this is getting ridiculous!!!

For workouts, I SHOULD be counting all the trips back and forth lugging baskets of clothes !!!:* }(
But, I did a month of BBC, and tomorrow is my last day of a month of 4DS. Then, I have no idea ! What is everyone else doing for April ?
Maybe I'll copy !!;-) But I have to confess......I don't hate cardio. I know I'm not the only one here, but full disclosure and all that.

The snow is coming this weekend, but Friday will be in the 60s with severe storms.
