Good morning!!
http://planetsmilies.net/nature-smiley-5405.gif
We had the most wonderful storm last night! We've been in a drought and the rain was badly needed, and there's nothing I love more than the crack of thunder and a driving rain at nighttime when I'm snuggled up in bed. I find it soothing and sleep inducing.
My whole house smells like an Italian restaurant
http://bestsmileys.com/eating1/25.gif . I only make lasagna about once a year because it's such an incredible pain in the arse, but I love the smell of simmering tomato sauce. I have to make a grocery store run because I forgot to buy the dang lasagna noodles
I didn't get to my workout until around 8 last night. I ended up doing P90 sculpt 1-2 because it's short and I was short on time. Today is a cardio day and I'm planning to do one of my many walking workouts
I may not have a chance to post again until Monday or Tuesday. I'll be entertaining damily from this afternoon through Monday and don't expect to have much leisure time ;( . At least my good SIL will be here and she will pitch in and help without being asked, as opposed to my bad SIL's who expect to be waited on hand and foot
http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/queen.gif . I always feel a bit like Cinderella in their presence x(
Jennifer - Thank goodness the storm didn't do any damage. We didn't have any tornado warnings that I'm aware of, but it was very windy and a lot of thunder and lightning.
I'm jealous that you've been able to try out the 4-Day Split workout. I've previewed some of it. I love what I've seen so far. The weight work looks like fun. Cathe has really outdone herself once again. Of course, the cardio portions will be VIEWED from my elliptical
Robin - Have fun in DC! I'll be praying for your DD's boyfriend. When does he leave for Afghanistan?

Yeah, I'm a jar kind of girl. I guess I could open the jar a day or two ahead. LOL.
ROTFLMAO!!!
I saw where you preordered one of Amy Bento's workouts. So did I -- but not a cardio workout. I ordered Slo-Mo. The clip of that on Collage looks really great }(
Dana - I have not had a chance to do any of the new workouts yet x( . I've previewed 2 of them -- Lower Intensity Step and Kickbox. they both look awesome! The production quality of this set is fantastic, and the weight work is just what I've been wanting. I can't see myself ever doing the cardio segments, except to use them for the music while I'm ellipticising

I the added up the costs off all the Cathe DVD's that I own. And it came to something like $1034??? You should've seen my DH's face drop. And I don't even own all of them.
ROTFLMAO!! I never do that -- I don't even want to know what I've spent on home exercise, including DVD's and equipment. It must be a freaking fortune, but it's still cheaper than going to the gym, and it's an investment in your health -- it really is!

Hey, he spends more money on his car so he should just be quiet!!!
Good for you! ROTFLMAO!!!
>
P.S. I use jarred sauce too!!!!
ROTFLMAO!!! My mom is turning in her grave!!!
Jen - Are you 100% today? This weather always does a number on my sinuses. I wish fall would come and STAY!! I'm so freaking tired of this summer-like weather ;( . I mean for crying out loud, we're half way through October!

His grandma is 90 & lives about 1 1/2 hours from her (actually about 15 min from where my sis goes to school) & he is the closest relative so he does a lot for her & is over there at least 2-3 times/month & takes her to all her doctor's appointments... Michele-does this give him more brownie points?!?!
I LOVE him!!!

Hello to the rest a youse
Okey dokey, I need to get my workout out of the way. If I don't do it this morning it won't get done. There's no way I'll have time to do it tonight. If I don't make it back here, I hope y'all have a perfectly lovely and wonderful weekend :* :*
