Gym Styles Revisited!

Gosh, so many work outs so little time! My "to do" list of rotations is getting longer and longer by the day! :eek:
 
So funny you posted this because I just dusted off my GS Chest & Tris last night and wow... my triceps and even my lats are talking to me today! Wow!!! (I think I said those three words you mentioned above as I was trying to get out of bed this morning!) Love this series!!! I bragged about it so much that a friend of mine bought all three today! See, Cathe, I'm marketing for you!!! :)

ETA: Anyone have a link to a rotation using these?
 
I'm glad you guys are lovin' them, sorry to report these were the ones that gave me the - - - -s of splits...:(

And I am rather sad about it...:(

I guess right now I'm more of a total body/circuits kinda gal...:)
