Okay, for those of you who are as insane as I am....

What about all the GS in one day? It would be like an uber-long, full body workout.

Just a thought. Placed in my head by a little birdie *cough*Boybert*cough*.
 
Ive done this on days before when I have time and I have just recently added it in a rotation.Every Wed I do all the UB work in the GS. It is a good workout and everyone should try it!
But I have only done the legs on no cardio days. I don't have that much time:eek: ;)

I'm up for it Shelley (and little birdie Boybert):)!! I'm thinkin'.... Thursday morning. Just enough time for mental preparation, I'll cardio it up the next few days and go in feeling strong. No telling how I'll feel when I'm done, I'll be sure to let you know!

I've done both UB workouts back to back before. It was on the August bootcamp rotation, actually. But I thought adding legs in there would just add that extra-special "something":p

That being said, I won't have time to do this until the weekend after the one coming up. I don't have time after work, and I have Sophie on the weekend, which always shortens up my workout time.
 
Shelly - I'm convinced you're trying to kill us! First MIS/MIC, and now this? *sighs* But, I never could resist a challenge... Depends on when, though... I only have time on the weekends...

Shelley isn't it Debbie always saying we need rest days? :) Hmmmm I see how that works!

Hmm, I'll be in Maryland - that's my mom's birthday and I want to be with my dad for that. They don't have weights.

Maybe I can test it for you on the 5th to see if it's doable and let everyone know?
 
Well now. Shelley, you just keep coming up with the whoppers. Unfortunately, I don't have all the GS's. Just Legs. I don't think I have any upper body workouts that can compare. All I have are PUB and then the Upper body mix in ME. Darn.

Oh well. By the 12th, I hope to be back into cardio again anyhow. And on weekends I have time for 1 hr cardio plus 1 hr weights.

BUT.... if I'm NOT back into cardio by then.... any recommendations on what I can do? I don't know much at all about the GS upper body routines.

Remind me not to think out loud near shell anymore...ahem ;) I JUST tried my very first GS and already you people are trying to kill me. I swear I wasn't serious. Boybie asked me about it....yeah. Anway, I'll be in Atlanta that weekend visiting my new baby nephew and older nephew (read testosterone party). So, DOMS away people, and I'll catch the news edition before I go down in flames as well.
