GS rotation

After much thought I have put together this rotation using the GS series. Would you mind taking a look at it and giving me some feedback or suggestions?

Monday – GS BSB; ½ of imax 2 or ½ of low max
Tuesday – spinning class, steady state step DVD, kickboxing DVD, or cardio machines (1 hour)
Wednesday – GS legs; 30 min steady state run
Thursday – off
Friday – GS CT; other ½ of imax 2 or other ½ of low max
Saturday – 1 hour run outside
Sunday – spinning class, steady state step DVD, kickboxing DVD or cardio machines (1 hour)

Also, I would be adding in abs about 4 days a week.

Does this look reasonable???

TIA,

Karin

This looks like a good rotation. Are you trying to lose weight or firm up?

I am looking for more arm definition so this is the rotation I will be following until the end of March. And somedays will have to be switched around, depending on my schedule that week.
Mon- CTX Tri,Bic,Shoul and cardio (45-60 min)
Tues-GS Legs + LM
Wed- GS UB workouts (all of them) + Kickboxing
Thurs- Long run (7-10 miles)
Fri- GS Legs + cardio
Sat- GS Tri,Bic,Shoul and cardio.
And ab work 3-5 x a week.

Most of my cardio will be running though. But this resembles the Tank Top Rotation that is an older rotation but it requires working tri,bic and shoul 3x a week.I did it before and saw some great results. How long are you following this rotation?
Lori:)
