got to practice my water ice art yesterday!

Stopped by for lunch at my favorite diner on my way to work yesterday, and on the back of the placemat there was a picture that you could color, all you had to do was ask the server for crayons...sorry, no water ice.

So, I asked the server very nicely for the crayons, and since I know her, and she knows me and my wife, she wasn't at all surprised that a 44 year old man with no children of his own should ask for crayons.

I am going to need a lot of practice between now and July, if yesterday was any indication...:7

>sorry, no water ice.

I don't understand?

As for a grown-up coloring the placemat: why the heck not?:)

(Did you put the final product on your refrigerator?;-) )

The restaurant had no water ice on the menu, apparently it is all the rage during the road trip...:7

The only thing more fun than coloring restaurant place mats is coloring out peoples' teeth on magazine covers...always on the hunt for new material in my doctors' waiting room....:7

My art isn't fridge worthy, sorry..I go outside the lines way too much!

Jerry,

Going outside the lines is a good thing. It means you're a non-conformist. One who can make up his own mind and choose for himself.
Picasso didn't stay within the lines.

Jean,

Did this Piccaso fellow of whom you speak also blacken movie stars' teeth?...When he can do that, then he might have something there.
