Well my long-time common law spouse and I made it official and got married last weekend. TIme to get back to my routine now, between that special day and also losing my dear 86-year-old mom to cancer in September, things have gone verrrrry astray. My emotions too have been all over the place. I hope that my STS system that has been patiently waiting for me, and the new system to come will get my cake and indulgences off me. Mom would not want me to go off the rails with my health. Send a few positive thoughts my way if you think of it.

Sending loads of positive vibes your way. Congrats on your wedding and i'm really sorry to hear about your mom. My father passed away from Cancer. I really hate Cancer. It takes so many good people away. Getting back to your workouts will definately help with all the emotions you are feeling.

Sending you lots of good thoughts and feelings. Congratulations on your marriage and I am sorry for the loss of your Mom. Your emotions have been all over the place I am sure. Wishing you all the best.

Sorry to hear about your Mom. Exercise does help with the healing. I've been there. I lost my fiance to prostate cancer in 2001. I joined a gym six months after he died and it was the best thing I ever did.

Now on a positive note: Congrats on getting married!

CONGRATS on your wedding! I know it had to be so emotional not having your mom there to celebrate your special day! STS is just what you need. Just put disc #1 in and keep going. You won't believe how FAST you get thru ALL the discs! Again, CONGRATS!!!

Congratulations on making it official! I too lost my Dad to Cancer and like the others despise how many innocent lives it takes! :( Big hugs to you and tons of positive energetic vibes comin' your way! I sort of fell off the workout wagon over the Summer and am FINALLY getting back into a routine!

Best of luck!
Pam
