Goals = Rotation

Hey everyone - I'm just curious as to some of your goals and what rotation you follow to achieve those goals? Or maybe you don't follow any rotation at all and just do a workout that you feel like doing that day.

Starting in Jan, I used the 16 week max. fat loss rotation-the first I've ever used- and found myself more disciplined! I guess I am the kind of person that needs W/O structuring! As soon as my elbow is better (tennis elbow- from work, not excercise) I am going to start another rotation. I don't know which one, but I am definitely more likely to stay on course when on a rotation!

So far I've lost 15 lbs and have gotten muscle definition all over, but I still have a pretty high body fat percentage, according to my scale and I am sure I still have some work ahead of me to reduce the flab on my arms and thighs. I recommend it, and suggest searching for a rotation YOU'D like if not this one. There's a lot of variety in the rotations and one will hit you just right!
