Gimme Some Lovin'

For those of you like me, who are always looking for good songs for your MP3 player to use while on the treadmill, I'm so glad I spent the 88 cents to download Gimme Some Lovin' by the Spencer Davis Group from the Walmart website. It has a perfect 4.0 beat, and I think it is really motivating!

If you have any songs that work really great on the treadmill, please share. I'm always looking for new songs.

Nancy, that's an oldie but REAL goodie for sure! Thanks for the tip!

One of my newer favorites for really cranking it up on my treadmill or elliptical is U2's "Vertigo", which I downloaded from iTunes (also $.99) -- a recommendation from my 16-year-old. He tries to keep me in the 21st century... ;-)

I think you should download Cardio Coach. Coach Sean's voice is dreamy and he could probably get me to do cardio everyday. Now THAT's an endorsement you can take to the bank--lol!

Michele, I like the sound of that, but I've listened to samples of Cardio Coach and just wasn't inspired by the music. I'm a baby boomer rock 'n roller to the core, and the last time I listened, Cardio Coach had no rock 'n roll music. Maybe I should check to see if there have been any updates.
