Getting out of the Rut - Saturday

Oh, I hope our check-in isn't falling apart just when I'm starting to get my act together again. I know Wendy's at the RT...wonder where everyone else is?

Yesterday I did CC-PP, because my triceps were killing me from having done HSTA a couple of days ago, and I wanted a workout that wouldn't use my arms too much!;) And since this is a CC-PP weekend, it seemed like a good choice.

Today I did SB. I haven't done the whole thing in a long time, and it is one of my favorites. I had to take short breaks after each combo, and I certainly wasn't "light on my feet," as Cathe says, but I got it done!

Hi Jodi! I keep looking for the thread and finding it on the second page with only a couple posts. :( Good job with the workouts! I haven't done CCPP for ages. DH took my stationary bike to the basement, since it was turning into a home for wayward spiders. I've been too busy with other rotations.

I think I'm finally back in a good rut. I weighed in last Monday and gasped at the number. It was a reality check and I'm back on the clean eating train. I've set a goal of 10 in 5 - 10 pounds to lose in 5 weeks. I think it's doable, since I've already shed a couple pounds. I wonder what it is that finally flips the switch and gets me back on track. Anyhoo, today's workout is Cardio Core Circuits. I dread any workout that has the word circuits in it!

Wendy, hope you are having the second best RT ever (cause last year's has to be the BEST!)

Any other Out-of-the-Rutters still out there?
