Getting Others Fit!

For my second job, I work at Hallmark. I've been soooo crazy about exercising with Cathe I have managed to get someone to buy Cathe's set at Target. Plus others have started to look for a step and a stability ball. I was wondering if anyone can tell me of a place we could find a step that is a little more affordable since the one lady is afraid to even try then step? I did manage to teach her some basic steps on the floor and then got her to do them on my step and she did great! I just wanted to share that my "butt loss" has influnced others to join! Thanks Cathe and everyone else that has kept me motivated!

Do you have a "Play It Again Sports" in your area? It's used sports equipment so she might find a step there.

I got my step (same as Cathes) at Play it again sports for $20.00 with 4 risers.

I did not get my step at Target...was $60 there compared to $27 at Wal Mart.

Here's a Walmart link the the home step (not club size) that states it comes with one Cathe step video for $26.27. I'm not sure about the sturdiness of these smaller steps.

Keep your eye out at garage sales or thrift shops. I know several people who found full-size steps with risers for ridiculously low prices at Goodwill or the Salvation army (I'm talkin' $2 and $5!).

The Target set is NOT the same set as the Walmart set, but it does come with more workouts. (The Target set features the smaller step and the Low Impact Step series.)
