Great job Belinda on your legs!

Nice run and stretch Sherry! Lol too funny on that roller. What kind of roller? If it is for working out the muscles there is a short roller available from road runners I have been eyeing. ;) the plastic bead thing my PT has me using is pinching and too awkward to use.

Oh man my leg is a bit sore today! Pt had me working it quite a bit yesterday. I will do an easy Tm or cycle to warm up then stretch it good.

Hi all!

Back home and wo done! Firm Parts Upper Body and also Days 1 & 2 of 5 Day Abs. The Firm Parts Series were my favorite weight wo's before I found Cathe. Feel like I am progressing.

Heidi - Isn't is frustrating how long it takes to get back to "normal"?! I was feeling it so much after PT, but now it's all feeling like it's back together. The PT had me start using the 6" diam foam roller. Mine is about 3 ft long. DH was using the plastic bead thing, but has started having an affair with the foam roller after getting P90X2, in which one of the dvd's uses it to massage just about every part of the body, some in some very funky positions.

Belinda - hope you are hanging in there.

Morning!

I did my w/o ont TM last night using itread #26. This was a fast and flat type of w/o and I did it as a walker. My walking speed increased up to 4.3 so this means my calf is all that more flexible. A little sore later so continued to stretch.

Today will be upper, abs and cardio. :)

Sherry: I believe I have those firm w/o's too. I pop them in every once on awhile. . I really liked them before I found Cathe's. The w/o clothes are definitely dated. Lol! ;)
Lol too funny on your dh liking that roller. Now I am curious to know what they use it like in p902. :)

Good morning!

Today's wo will be a 2.5 mile interval run. Just some aches and stiffness from yesterday's wo, which have already loosened up. Feeling good about the progress I'm making!

Heidi - That's a very brisk walk pace, so glad the leg is healing so well! One of the P90X2 wo's is called Recovery & Mobility, which is all about stretching and working the kinks out. He loves that one! He's actually finding all of them challenging and a good change of pace, but not really following the rotation.

Belinda - Is the furniture there yet? Waiting to see pics of all your work

Run done! It was time to add in an extra interval, so nearly 3 miles today. Followed by STS Extended Stretch.

Tonight DH and I have a movie date to see One for the Money. I love this book series. Hope the movie lives up to it.

Good morning!

Today is a rest day, and I'm going to do just that. Will take the dog for a walk or two. Will probably stretch. But mostly relax - which I'm due for.

Movie last night didn't live up to the fun in the books. Kind of expected that, but still disappointing.

Glad your DH is enjoying his w/o's and stretches. ;) my DH keeps saying he's going to get in a w/o but the night just flies by and before he knows it he is in bed. Lol!

I did my w/o yesterday which was from Tony H. 10min w/o series. Cardio, and and legs. Total 30min w/o for me. ;) felt great getting it done.
Today I am a little sore in my legs. My back is really sore from cleaning paint off the floor on my sons room for an hour and a half! Oi!!!
So I too will take it easy and do some light stretching or Tony's yoga w/o.

Hey Belinda: busy lady you are I hope things are coming together for ya! ;)
