Getting it done for December!!

Today I will do a weight workout.

Hi all!

Today's wo was shovel snow (about 6-7" yesterday) and clean basement. Even though we have a plow service, I like to clean up the edges of the drive and walk. And DH wanted some more floor mats to put in the wo area, but that meant cleaning things up quite a bit to make more space, including the storage area. Gotta say it's going much smoother and faster than I expected, but the timing might be a bit off. Lots of trash and no place to put it! With the snow outside and the cars in the garage, we might be tripping over it until next week! LOL! Hope we keep going and finish it tonight, so it's a great space tomorrow!

Belinda - Is this an STS week or a recovery week? Right there with you on eating. I did get a subscription to Clean Eating, so hoping that provides ample inspiration.

Heidi - Nice job on the run - on the tm I assume? Almost easier this time of year - don't have to put on as much gear! Enjoy HSC tomorrow. Hope work is a little easier this holiday week.

I will do xtrain ride today and abs. Downloaded all my workouts. Yesterday I did Squat rack legs!

Sherry - I am starting M3 W3 D33 tomorrow. One more week and I finish STS.

WO done - Crossfire - and done in the new wo space - so much more room! :)

Belinda - So jealous! How'd you like the new HiiT? How's your foot after that one? I didn't get the downloads, so need to wait for the DVD's to arrive. And for Cathe to post a rotation with them.

Heidi - Were you able to get something done today?

Time to scrape together some dinner from leftovers for dinner, then relax for the evening. See you tomorrow!

Today is a rest day, but DH and DD wonna go to the gym on base later today.

Sherry - not sure why I got the downloads:eek: really don't need or use them:confused: Don't give me wrong about the xtrain workout I did on Friday, it's still fun. My foot is killing me after that low impact workout:eek: I need to stay off my feet, can't do any impact at all. Can't wait to do the weight workouts, they do look interresting. Yeah, 3 more disc and I am done with STS.

Yesterday I did X-train bi and tri on disc 2. (download that is)
Feeling it today! :)

Today is cardio and was planning on low impact challenge fro the LIS series. I have guests so will do a run instead.

I hope to follow the x-train and LIS rotation which is listed in the user guide.

Hi!

My Interval TM workout is completed! Felt great to actually get something done. ;)

Tomorrow is a question as to what I will get done. Low impact challenge or... start from day one on the X-train 90 day X-train & low impact series rotation. This would call for doing Burn Sets: chest,back & shoulders.

I can't believe how much I am feeling the first workout from Bi's & Tri's! Especially in my rear shoulders and mid back.

I hope you both are enjoying your Sunday. :) It snowed here yesterday and everything looks pretty.

My DVDs came today.

Yesterday ended up being a forced rest day, didn't relized I already worked out 6 days. Today we went to the gym on base in Maryland. I did CCPP on the elliptical. Now I am beat.
Tonight we are going to the neighbors house.

Jealous that you've both had a chance to do at least one of the wo's. Might drive DH mad if I spent the evening previewing them all. LOL!

Interval TM w/o 3 miles and x train core 1 completed this morning. ;)

Belinda: nice job on CCPP! :) oh wow great news you received your order.

I printed out the 90 day rotation which uses x-train and the LIS series. This week is a little mixed up but next week I will start week 2 of it.

Tomorrow I plan on LIS tri sets legs.
