Today I did UFC Fit Fat Fighter. Nice sweaty workout! :)

Been pretty busy with work so that's my week so far.

Happy Humpday!

Today we moved DS to school. What an exciting time for him. The kids have it so good now, DH and I want to go back. ;) When we got home, decided I could use some peppy Cathe, so did CrossFire tonight. And a dog walk, of course. She saw all the packing and must have thought we were all leaving her for awhile. She was sooo happy to see us when we got home.

Belinda - How was that Bare wo? Set your glutes and hips of fire?

Heidi - Great job on your wo. I take it by the name and your comments that you burned a few calories on that one?

Winding down for the night. Gotta go to work tomorrow.

Went to work really early today. Came home ate and then napped. ;)
Completed: UFC Fit Power Punch. Another great sweaty workout. Reminder to self..bring a towel with me and some napkins to mop the floor!

Sherry: Sounds like things are starting to to settle out with the kids under way with school. Poor Pup! :) Yes they do sense something is up when things are not in there usual places. My kitty notices too.
Great job on your kick butt crossfire workout! That is hard too! :)

Off to get food...something better than the pizza that is sitting on the counter. My Son is coming back from GA today. He was in Maryland for 2.5 weeks and then in GA for another 2. Can't wait to see him!

Good morning,

I thought I posted yesterday:eek: Anyway, yesterday I SBF Hip, Back + Back of the leg = 10 min = Killer Abs = 15 min. I also did a LB no weights workout. Today I did SBF Bring Sally Up Thights = 5 min + Barre Fire Tabata = 40 min is done.

Heidi - glad you got some rest yesterday. You deserve it! UFC Fit Power Punch must be a good workout, wtg!

Sherry - it's alway's hard to see your kids grow up but also very exciting. Good job on CF yesterday.

Last couple of days, only did dog walk due to errands and such. The craziness of going back to school.

Right now, dog walk and 3 mile run. Now as early as I'd like, but apparently I needed the sleep.

Belinda - How's the light/no weights going? Big change from the heavy weights you've been doing.

Sherry - I love it! They are high reps, with lighter weights and my UB is fried afterwards. No weights, you use your own body weight. Which is tough! Suzanne's workouts are no joke:eek: Good job on that run/dog walk/

Everything done! Done just before the sun got too hot and the humidity got too bad.

Belinda - sounds great. Glad you are enjoying them, and feeling them, too. That's sometimes a concern with no/lighter weights.

Woke this morning with a headache...no workout yesterday maybe that's why.
Made a sweet potato salad for later.

Did a 3 mile run on the TM. Feeling better now. Will do a nap later... ;)
