Getting definition

I have always had a hard time getting muscle definition. I have all of Cathe's workouts. Which do you think is the best for obtaining muscle definition. I would also like to get a little stronger since I have always been very weak in my upper body. I do not need to lose any weight.

Right now I am working out 5 days a week. Two of the days I run 4 miles on my treadmill, the other days I alternate Cathe and TLT.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
My rotation I've been doing is giving me awesome definition

1 day I do all the Gym Style upperbody (2 dvds)
1 day Gym Style Legs
1 day Body Max2 premix of double upperbody
1 day Butts and Gutts

The other 2 days were cardio. It's awesome!
 
Heavy lifting & a good diet. I think functional fitness will make you leaner, but it won't give you much definition unless you already have the muscle. You have to build muscle to have definition, & you have to diet for the muscles to show.
