I hope it won't creep out Jillybean that I'm digging out a post from 2002, lol! I did a search for posts with "Leaner Legs" in the subject, and came across this:

The specific quote is "I call them "Sit and swears", because instead of counting, "five, six, seven,.." while I hold the position, I say single syllable swears until I stand. This helps a bit."
