Fructose Malasorption??

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone ever heard of this? know anything about it? or suffer from it? I was just told by my doctor that this is my problem. So, other that not eating any fruit and products containing high fructose corn syrup(which I avoid already),I am kind of at a lost as to what I can and cannot have? Any information would be appreciated! (don't know how I going to deal without any fruit)

Sorry to hear this Linda.

Google it. I just did to see what it was and there is a lot of info available on it including lists of foods to eat as well as avoid. It mentioned something about how upping your intake of glucose can be helpful....
