Hi,
Going to start it off. What an end to a long but short week. Today I am going to take a rest day. Bought a couple of magazines Natural Health, Womens Health etc and think I am going to read and TRY to hit the hay early. Oh I think it would be cool if every day we could write a motivational quote and then I can make a collage of each one and post after we get to turkey day

My goals for next week
more water, veggies and multivitamin
workout consistently
to not think about fitting into my pants but to think of being healthier for myself and the first will just follow
I am sure I will come up with more.
My motivators are:
I figure if I can make real progress I can motivate my mother and others to want to be fit and healthy and I will be of more use to my husband since I will feel better about myself
